Step 1: Pay the Commitment Fee/Your First Payment

Commitment Fees are due on August 10th for 13-18U Teams. Fees for 12U teams will be due after 12U tryouts.

All players MUST have paid tuition PRIOR to participation.
Players who have not paid tuition may be removed from our rosters by August 18th.
We wish for all to participate so if we need to adjust due dates, email cynthia@scmidlandsvolleyball.com.

Step 2: Accept Club Assignment & Upgrade USAV Membership

Option 1: Use the public link to accept SC Midlands as your club. Click here
Option 2: You may also accept invitations from the club. Click here
Once you accept a club assignment, upgrade your membership from tryout membership to a full membership.
The upgrade cost is $40. If you did not pay for tryout membership, it is $55.
Return to your sports engine account, choose member and choose upgrade membership. Click here for more info

Step 3: Check your email

As summer tryouts conclude and school season begins, it is essential that you receive all club emails.
Important information will be sent out periodically.
All members should receive a club email on our before 8/11.
Be sure to check your PROMOTIONS tab if you are a Gmail user, or text 803-586-1822 if we missed you.

Step 4: Prepare to Order Uniforms (around mid-September)

The bottom line is to prepare to order uniforms.
Uniform packages could cost around $450-$600. Please be financially prepared.
Ordering will involve strict deadlines.
We need tuition payments for everyone, but we can adjust your tuition payment amounts and/or due dates if you need to focus on uniforms.
