Our goal is not to be the lowest-cost option—it is to provide quality coaching, meaningful development, and a high-quality experience for every athlete.
We believe athlete development is an investment which involves hiring experienced, dedicated coaches. Our fees reflect our commitment to great instruction, proven results, and opportunities that support each athlete’s long-term growth.
We understand that families have different finances. Thus, we offer payment plans to assist parents seeking the quality their children deserve. We are committed to making elite training and development more accessible for families.
Player Tuition Includes:
- Facility Rentals
- Tournament Fees
- Memberships for Coaches (AAU, JVA, USAV)
- Pay, Per Diem, and Lodging for Coaches
- Team Equipment
- Speed and Strength Training for National Elite Teams
Player Tuition DOES NOT include:
- USAV membership fees
- Required uniforms, warm-ups, practice attire, & player equipment (about $550 for National, $400 for Performance and Kids Power)
- Tournament fees if your team attends extra tournaments
- Travel expenses (transportation, hotel, meals)

- All tuition payments shall be paid through League Apps.
- By joining SC Midlands Volleyball, parents agree to pay your child’s portion of team fees. Payments are due at the beginning of the season upon accepting a spot on a team. We will accept payments in the full amount at this time. We do know, however, that paying such a large sum of money at one time may not always be feasible for everyone. Thus, as a courtesy for parents, we provide installment options.
- We work with parents to adjust due dates when needed, but please be aware that if a player decides to leave the club prior to the end of the season, the parents of that player will still be responsible for the full amount for his or her child. [A player quitting, or leaving the program does not decrease the fees for that team. We still need to pay the coaches, the court time, the tournament fees, etc. and that cost is budgeted based on full team rosters. We also cannot offer credit for players who are unable to attend specific tournaments or practices. ]
