Parent Memberships

USA Volleyball requires membership for all adults/parents who assist teams in any function including warm-ups, scorekeeping, line judging, officiating. As a result, the Palmetto Region has created DISCOUNTED Parent Memberships.

  • Normal adult memberships are $50, plus $20 background checks due once every 2 years. Parents willing to help their daughter’s team will only be charged $25, plus the background check.  The system will keep track of when background checks are due.
  • Once your membership is complete, contact us to be placed on your daughter’s team roster. Do this early since only two or three parents per team can be rostered members.  This is first come, first serve.
  • Once on the roster, you will receive additional benefits such as free entry into the Palmetto Regional Championships. You are not guaranteed free entry into any out-of-region tournaments, but some tournaments do allow this.
  • We ask that our parent members help our teams and pass online training as a line judge, scorekeeper, or Up/Down Ref. This is appreciated at all levels, but it is especially helpful for younger teams.
