Kesha Gillens

Kesha Wilson Gillens is a native of Holly Hill South Carolina, and an honors graduate of Benedict College where she received a B.S. in Criminal Justice. While at Benedict College, she was an EIAC conference competitor from 1994-1998 in both Cross Country and Track and Field and received MVP honors in 1995, 1996 and 1997.  She was a standout athlete running the 400 m and 800 m as well as the 4 x 400 meter relay.  In 1994, she tried out for the volleyball team and made it as a walk-on.  Kesha eventually earned MVP honors in both 1997 & 1998.
Inducted into the Benedict College Hall of Fame in October 2018, Kesha is currently employed by InterMark Management Corporation. Shakesha has served as a volleyball referee for South Carolina High School league for 8 years and was an Assistant Director of Southern Smashers Volleyball Club for 7 years.  Kesha coaches our Kids Power teams at South Carolina Midlands.
